Windows Systems Support Manager

We are seeking a Windows Systems Support Manager. The Windows Systems Support Manager provides support and strategy helping to ensure successful service delivery for Windows, VMware and Cisco installations.

The Windows Systems Support Manager is the prime facilitator of Business Services in the D.C. Market and reports to the Director of Cloud Services.

This position is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience with Windows Systems Administration working for a Managed Service Provider, Cloud, Hosting or IT solutions company. This company is based in Rockville, MD has over 200 employees and is one of the largest Cisco resellers in the world.

Windows Systems Support Manager Requirements:

4+ years of experience with supporting and implementing small to medium-sized Windows / VMware Systems
3+ years of experience with supporting virtualized environments, including VMware, Xen, or Hyper-V
Administration of the Windows Operating System including installation as well as Exchange (2003/2007)
TCP/IP network support
