This is a hybrid WFH role coming into the office or scheduled client site visits 2-3 days per week.

Account Executive – Managed Service Provider (MSP) Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering appropriate IT services and solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and technical assessments to propose customized IT solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our IT services and products to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Managed Services Industry Experience
Account Executive – Managed Service Provider (MSP) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Revenue: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired per quarter.
- Client Retention Rate: Maintain a high client retention rate by ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a specified number of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Proposal Conversion Rate: Percentage of proposals converted into sales.
- Customer Feedback: Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from clients.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our IT services and products.
- Collaboration: Effectiveness in working with the technical team to deliver solutions.
Hybrid Outside Sales – MSP Division Benefits:
- Salary: $70K base
- Commission Structure: 7.5% of monthly revenue paid every month, 35% of gross deal paid on receipt
