Cisco Network Engineer – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities:

• Design and develop network solutions based on customer business requirements.
• Configure deploy Cisco Routers, Switches, and Wireless access points.
• Rack and Stack of new network equipment
• Manage and maintain firewalls – Palo Alto and Cisco Firepower
• Some Cisco VOIP systems knowledge preferred.
• Design, Implement, maintain site to site and client to site VPNs, and SD WAN services
• Monitor, maintain and optimize network performance and availability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems you manage.
• Respond to support requests and monitoring alarms to resolve outages quickly.
• Handle Client Network support issues
• Understand and follow PCI compliance requirements.

Cisco Network Engineer – Managed Service Provider Requirements:

• Experience working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Cisco Network Engineer – Managed Service Provider Salary & Benefits:

• Salary $145K to $160K
• 401(k) w/ 6% match
