CTO/Director of IT (Managed Service Provider)

• Coach and mentor team leaders
• Evaluate Technology trends and ensure company is staying up to date and innovative with technological changes including security
• Develop and implement internal KPI’s/ employee expectations
• Develop Tiering system for engineers
• Develop training for new hires and for graduation of tiers
• Project Scope development
• Service Ticket QA
• Manage and Develop internal Documentation Standard
• Automation Development
• Set training objectives that align with business needs
• Maximize team efficiency
• Ensure service level agreements are met
• Identify key issues and areas for improvement and make recommendations on procedure improvements
• Provide data and reporting of KPIs and other metrics on a weekly basis
• Provide leadership, team development, project assessment, planning and management direction to the Managed Services team
• Lead new client onboarding assessments and standardization project planning and engineering

CTO/Director of IT (Managed Service Provider) Requirements:

• Expert knowledge and experience providing implementation/migration project planning, configuring, and supporting Microsoft cloud technology: Azure (IaaS), Azure AD, Microsoft 365 project
• 5+ years of MSP experience REQUIRED**
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• 3+ years of experience serving as a IT Director or high level Manager
• Certification’s preferred: CISSP, PMP, Network +, Server +, Security +
