Desk Support Administrator – MSP will be joining a cutting-edge IT company at the forefront of Cloud and Proactive Managed Services. The selected Desk Support Administrator – MSP candidate, will work hands-on with senior-level system engineers and virtualization engineers. Desk Support Administrator – MSP Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Great communication skills
  • Closing tickets / Triage / Dispatch is a plus
  • Install, configure, and migrate client line of business applications and hardware
  • Install, configure, and basic troubleshooting Windows 10 and Apple OSX
  • AutoTask experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Servers: Active Directory, Group Policy, O365
  • Ability to manage users in Active Directory
  • Provide support to the Triage board classifying all tickets correctly 95% of the time
  • Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal
  • Service ticket follow-up/quality assurance.
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
  • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
  • Problem investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Master of Desktop Support and customer service.
