Field Engineer T2 (Managed Services) Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Install and configure networking equipment, servers, and workstations
- Perform software updates and patches
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance
- Respond to client service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Document all work performed in our ticketing system
- Assist with project planning and implementation
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent downtime
Field Engineer T2 (Managed Services) Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of MSP industry experience
- 2-3+ years experience in the information technology field
- Advanced network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
- Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, and GPO/AD)
- M365 Administration
