FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP)

Seeking an FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP) to join a Managed Services Provider to provide high-level IT support to small to large businesses who has been serving the New York area since 2006. This role is ideal for an experienced FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP) who has experience in, but not limited to: Backup solutions, O365, AD, desktop operations, etc.

The FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP) will be working with ConnectWise to take tickets from our clients. The FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP) will maintain standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve

FT Help Desk Technician – (MSP) Requirements:

  • ¬†Experience with O365 and ConnectWise
  • Direct experience with Windows 8, 10, and server 2012, 2016, 2019.
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, VMware, and Hyper-V
  • Experience with routers, switches, and troubleshooting connectivity
  • Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Managed Services experience required
