Help Desk Manager (Local WFH) MSP Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on help desk operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ***Must have 1+ year of MSP experience or working for MSP like environment ***
  • Advanced knowledge of IT management practices, strategic planning, and customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical escalations effectively
  • Experience in evaluating and enhancing operational procedures for optimal efficiency
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and present insights to senior management.
  • Dedication to security protocols and compliance measures.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
