Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP, to join the Service Desk team.

You will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP will be responsible for Tier 1 and 2 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer. The Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP will be joining a 40 person MSP with over 30 years of experience providing high-quality IT Services to small and medium businesses throughout the LA and Orange County.

Help Desk Technician – ConnectWise/MSP  Responsibilities:

  • Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments remotely within a team environment
  • Assist clients in configuration/support of their move to Microsoft Teams/Remote work
  • Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy)
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Exchange 2013/2016
  • Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
