The Hybrid Cloud Support Technician (Level II) – MSP will working as point of escalation for our medium to large size clients. This role offer opportunity for internal growth and hands on experience on projects.

Hybrid Cloud Support Technician (Level II) – MSP Experience:

  • Active Directory experience at the intermediate level
  • Administration experience in multi-site Active Directory 2008R2/2012/2016 environments
  • Administration experience in Office365 & Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 environments
  • Proficiency with basic networking technologies (VPN, wireless, DNS/DHCP, IP, etc.)
  • Experience with IT supports ticketing systems and RMM (ConnectWise, Autotask Datto, Kaseya, Automate/LabTech, ITGlue, etc.)
  • Ability to write and speak eloquently in an often fast-paced multi-task environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP issues
  • Experience Installing VoIP phones

Hybrid Cloud Support Technician (Level II) – MSP Salary & Benefits:
