The Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP will work with small to medium sized businesses. The Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP will be the first point of defensive and helping clients resolve issues. The Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP will be working closely senior engineers who will provide them monitorship and hands one experience. You will also will be working closely with ConnectWise, O365 and Active Directory.

Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP Experience:

  • Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Some experience or knowledge on how to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
  • Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
  • Being the first point of defense and trying to resolve the issues before escalating the issue
  • Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (i.e. internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors, etc.)

Hybrid Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator – MSP Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $55k – $65k
