Hybrid Junior System Administrator (Level 1) MSP
We are a well-established IT/Cloud company that has been around since the late 80s. We support clients across the Tri-State area. We are seeking a Hybrid Junior System Administrator (Level 1) MSP to join us full-time. If you have the drive to gain hands-on experience with the newest IT tools and have MSP experience, we encourage you to apply. The Hybrid Junior System Administrator (Level 1) MSP will be working closely with Senior Engineers and get the opportunity to grow into more senior roles. Hybrid Junior System Administrator (Level 1) MSP Requirements:
- Experience working and understanding Active Directory & O365
- Basic understanding of Linux and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of working with desktop software such as all Microsoft Office Suites.
- Experience with Active Directory/Microsoft Windows
- Experience working with ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
- Comfortable being client-facing and resolving tickets that might come on the queue
Hybrid Junior System Administrator (Level 1) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $45k-$58k
- Hybrid WFH (2-3 days)
