We are focused on configuring and maintaining Mac and Windows-based servers, computers, and networks, including performing installations and upgrades, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing end-user support for both Mac and Windows-based applications and systems.

Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Mac and Windows-based systems
  • Configure and maintain Mac and Windows-based servers, computers, and networks
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
  • Provide end-user support for both Mac and Windows-based applications and systems
  • Document and report technical issues and resolutions

Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Experience:

  • Requirement to have MSP experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Mac and/or Windows Support Specialist
  • Proficient in macOS operating system and macOS Server
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Thorough knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills

Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division) Benefits:

  • Salary for Hybrid Mac Support Specialist (MSP Division): $55,000 to $65,000
