Hybrid Support Engineer (Level II) MSP

The Hybrid Support Engineer (Level II) MSP will be working closely with networking tools such as Cisco and SonicWall. You must have experience working with RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate and Datto. You must have experienced working with M365 products and the eager to learn more about other similar products. You will also get the chance to support senior engineers on projects.
Hybrid Support Engineer (Level II) MSP Experience
- Experience and understanding of supporting Microsoft Office (premise and M365)
- Experience working with any of the following RMM tools, such as ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, etc.
- Experience in network troubleshooting firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, Sophos, Ubiquiti, etc.)
- Experience working with Backup Solutions – BDR’s, DATTO, Infrascale, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for C-Level clients and non-technical clients
- Resolving escalated issues that might arise
Hybrid Support Engineer (Level II) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- $70k – $80k
