Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP

We are seeking a Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP to join a MSP that supports small-medium-sized businesses with their everyday technology needs. The Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP will support project needs when it comes to TCP/IP, Active Directory, M365, Exchange, WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, VMWare, etc. The Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP will support the maintenance, installation, and integrity of the network’s server components, including systems backups. The Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP will occasionally resolve escalated tickets that come from the lower tiers.

Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP Experience:

  • Working knowledge and experience with VMware to perform basic VM edits, troubleshooting, and extend data stores/partitions
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Deploy new hardware using Imaging technology
  • Utilize working knowledge and experience with exchange configuration and troubleshooting to support clients
  • Responsible for user account management in Active Directory, Exchange, spam filter, and other platforms. This includes: creation, removal, changes, password resets, and bulk operations
  • Maintained ticket updates for reported incidents and experience with the help desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Utilize very strong knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting to assist clients with connectivity, printing, customization, user profile, and applications

Hybrid System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP Salary /Benefits:

  • Salary: $75k – $85k
