We are currently seeking a Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP to join our team full time. The Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP would be responsible for providing desktop and end-user technical support to our clients. The Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP will review tickets, monitor dashboards, and respond to incidents promptly. You will also troubleshoot, escalate and will work along senior engineer on project. You must have the desire to learn on the job and handle any challenge thrown at them.

Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP Experience:

  • Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN
  • Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, Citrix servers, Printer Servers, and Office 365
  • Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each ticket
  • Experience with servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices
  • General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks
  • Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows and Mac
  • Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Datto)

Hybrid System Administrator – L2 (IT Support Team) MSP Salary & Benefits:

  • $75k – $85k
