We are a local IT company that offers IT services and support for small to large size businesses. Our primary focus is providing high-quality white-glove IT service to our clients via MSP Model. We are looking for a motivated IT Coordinator & Tier 1 Help Desk Support – MSP to join our team of highly experienced techs.

The IT Coordinator & Tier 1 Help Desk Support – MSP serves as the first point of contact to all our clients and is responsible for handling incoming service requests. This includes documentation of client issues, asking for clarification when necessary, assigning service tickets, coordinating multiple calendars daily, and handling/closing tier 1 service requests.

IT Coordinator & Tier 1 Help Desk Support – MSP Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software is a plus
  • Handling of Managed Solutions from different providers
  • Computer Hardware; Software Troubleshooting
  • Strong background with Windows 7-10, Office flavors, Windows Servers all flavors, Firewalls/Routers/Switches, MS AD,
  • Office 365 admin tasks a must
  • Desktop support knowledge; fixing Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook
  • Installation and management of software (updates, tools, etc.)
  • Customer Service Support over the phone or on-site
  • Remote Support knowledge
  • Networking/troubleshooting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Windows and Servers, Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem or Office 365
  • General knowledge of IT Support client handling; customer service scenarios
  • Setting up of mobile devices from different vendors and different requirements

Successful candidate must have good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines and to effectively handle complex customer situations.

IT Coordinator & Tier 1 Help Desk Support – MSP Education/Experience:

  • 1-2+ years of related experience in a similar environment company
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in a professional/corporate IT environment with troubleshooting and providing effective Help Desk support is a must!

  • $40k-50k
