IT Escalation Support Specialist – MSP

IT Escalation Support Specialist – MSP will be responsible for providing support on Windows servers, computers, routers and switches with at least 2 years of experience in an MSP. This person has a keen eye for details and is experienced in network principals and setup, patching equipment, and working with O365, AD/GPO, and has worked within Azure or Intune.

IT Escalation Support Specialist – MSP Duties: 

  • Provide excellent service and support to end-users remotely and onsite at customer locations.
  • Act as an escalation point for lower-level technicians
  • Work on backend Systems Administration
  • Assist in projects on an as-needed basis to modernize customer infrastructures
  • Perform work on servers as required to resolve user-facing tickets
  • Extensive work experience deploying and maintaining LANs, WAN, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft (Workstation and Server) and MAC operating systems including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare, Routing and Network Management
  • Must have recent MSP industry experience
