IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP)
Looking to fill an IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP) position immediately.
We are a leading Managed Services Provider located in Plano, TX and have been in business since 1987. We provide Managed IT Services, Cloud Services, Backup and Disaster Recovery Services, IT Consulting, VOIP Solutions and much more to clients across the country. We work with clients in many different industries and help tailor solutions to fit their exact needs.
The IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP) will be joining a 40 person MSP and will work on a team of 15 other Help Desk Engineers. The IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP) will split their time handling escalated tickets and working on projects. The IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP) will support Windows Servers, O365 administration, Datto, configuring/maintaining servers via Hyper-V, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS).
*** Must have previous Managed Services experience ***
IT Help Desk Engineer II (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Server roles
- Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Azure AD
- Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
