IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) Overview:

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) to join our growing team in Lake Dallas, TX! The IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) will work on Level 1 and some Level 2 issues on the Help Desk.

The IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) provides an opportunity to join a tight-knit team with a work-hard play-hard mentality. We truly value employee growth and maintain a collaborative company culture where every idea is heard. The IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) position is best suited for someone who has 1-2 years of IT/MSP experience and enjoys working the service desk but hopes to learn from senior engineers to work their way up into a Junior Sys Admin position!

IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) Experience:

  • Experience supporting Windows servers, VMWare, Azure AD, Group policy, LAN/WAN, active directory, O365
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
  • Experience working with ConnectWise preferred

IT Help Desk Support- Tier I (MSP) Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000 – $55,000

  • Cert Reimbursement (will pay for 2 attempts to pass)
