IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 – ConnectWise/MSP
We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 – ConnectWise/MSP, to join the Service Desk team.
You will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 – ConnectWise/MSP will be responsible for Tier 1 and 2 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer. The IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 – ConnectWise/MSP will be joining a 40 person MSP with over 30 years of experience providing high-quality IT Services to small and medium businesses throughout Southern California.
IT Help Desk Technician Level 2 – ConnectWise/MSP Responsibilities:
- Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments remotely within a team environment
- Assist clients in configuration/support of their move to Microsoft Teams/Remote work
- Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
