We continue to scale and are seeking a IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) with a background working for a MSP. The IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) must have a proven track record of working within a team environment, successfully addressing challenging IT issues, and consistently updating your skills through technical training.

Successful IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) applicants must have previous experience working in the MSP industry.

IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) Requirements:

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Strong experience with management of M365 environments including email, MDM and Intune
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 including baseline security policies.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows-based servers.
  • Familiarity with RMM and remote assistance tools (e.g. ConnectWise)
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to Windows AD, DNS and IP networking.
  • Good problem-solving ability and interest in learning.
  • Responsible, proactive, great interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) Major Pluses:

  • Email Security/Spam filtering (e.g. Ironscales, Proofpoint)
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with hosted VoIP systems
  • Experience in a scripting language, preferably Windows PowerShell.
  • Linux/Mac experience.

IT Help Desk Technician (Managed Services) Salary + Benefits:

  • $55,000 – $65,000
