IT Help Desk Technician (MSP)

Our business continues to grow rapidly and to be able to meet our client needs we are seeking a IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) to join our team full-time. Here at our company, we truly care about our team and believe in investing in them. The IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) will have to be able to work alongside Senior Engineers’ ongoing projects. The IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) will support any implementing projects and deploying new technologies that are assigned by senior engineers. You will be working closely with Cisco, Azure, and SonicWall. You will also have the chance to be promoted within the company to more senior roles and the latest projects.

IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Experience with virtualization/cloud computing technologies with VMware
  • Experience in working with firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Providing advanced Windows sever Support on Active Directory  Group Policy, and DNS experience
  • Experience working with ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto RMM
  • Work with the team to provide server administration
  • Support projects to implement, upgrade and support hardware/software systems
  • Provide/implement general best practices and security posture
  • Previous MSP or IT Consultancy firm experience for consideration

IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) Salary & Benefits:
