IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II (Partial Remote)

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire a IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II. The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II should have mid to senior level technical knowledge and strong customer interfacing skills. The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technology working on both projects and providing escalated support to our customers. This position is a hybrid role requiring you to be in office and allowing for some work from home flexibility.
IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II Requirements
- 2+ years Managed Service Provider experience required.
- 3+ years experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based environments
- Experience configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
- Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Experience supporting, configuring, and upgrading corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers
IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II Benefits:
