IT Remote Support Tier II (ConnectWise)
We are looking for an team player to join our team as a IT Remote Support Tier II (ConnectWise). As a IT Remote Support Tier II, you will primarily be working from home providing end user support using ConnectWise. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working for a MSP and is well versed in Microsoft related technologies such as O365 and Azure.

IT Remote Support Tier II (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Experience deploying, maintaining and customizing Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure and Office365 environments
- Networking skills (LAN/WAN configuration and support, firewall configuration and rule creation, Wi-Fi technologies, troubleshooting of network route and connectivity issues)
- Virtualization Technologies Experience (VMWare, HyperV)
- Microsoft Server Experience
- 2+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Connectwise RMM/Ticketing experience highly desired
- Intermediate experience with Cloud Service Providers AWS or Azure
IT Remote Support Tier II (ConnectWise) Salary and Benefits:
- $55,000 – $65,000
