IT Helpdesk Technician “ticket crusher” – MSP

We are currently seeking a IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team!

The IT Helpdesk Technician will be joining a national Cloud, Network Management, IaaS, company with internal growth opportunities. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting client backup systems, building and deploying client workstations, and fielding helpdesk calls.

IT Helpdesk Technician “ticket crusher” – MSP Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
  • Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
  • Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems

IT Helpdesk Technician “ticket crusher” – MSP Requirements:

  • 1 year experience working for a Managed Service Provider
  • 1 year experience with ConnectWise
  • Familiar with active directory, O365 troubleshooting, and providing desktop support
