We are seeking a IT Helpdesk Technician – Tier 1 Desktop Support (MSP) to join our growing team in Gaithersburg, MD!

IT Helpdesk Technician – Tier 1 Desktop Support (MSP) Key Experience:

  • Problem investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.  Master of Desktop Support and customer service.
  • MUST HAVE  1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER*
  • 2+ Years experience with O365, Windows, Active Directory, Autotask, Datto, IT Glue, Firewalls, etc.
