Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to ensure that customers are able to grow their business with the full support of their products and services. As a part of this team, the Project Manager is a technology and strategy expert, who serves as liaison between clients and the IT team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with and supporting small and mid-sized businesses infrastructures, a diverse technical skill set, stellar client service skills, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and a dynamic personality.

IT Project Manager (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Creates processes, timelines, and tools to help and assist client’s project management
  • Prepares and documents project deliverables in an organized, profitable, and timely process
  • Ensures projects are documented and delivered within set timelines, within budget and s
  • Outline and plan engineering related projects and presentations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients regarding issues and questions on projects
  • Create Training Materials and Technical Documents

IT Project Manager (MSP) Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working for Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*
  • 2+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager for a Managed Service Provider
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with public cloud technologies and specifically Microsoft Azure and Office 365. (setup, configuration, design and support of cloud-based workloads).
  •  Ability to outline and plan multiple small to large complex projects
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft based technologies and systems
  • 2+ years of Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server
  • 2+MS Office skills in a systems implementation and/or systems administration role
