IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH):

We are Managed Services Provider based in Staten Island providing services to clients through out the Tri-State area. Our team of nearly 50 professionals work together to deliver on our mission to Make I.T. Work for our clients. We provide comprehensive services to our clients that range from help desk through cloud and on-premise infrastructure design, implementation, and managed support. Some clients elect to outsource their entire IT operation to us, while others choose to engage us on a project-by-project basis in partnership with internal IT teams.

We are seeking a IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) who will split their time working from home and supporting our Staten Island clients (we have a separate team for NJ and the rest of NYC). The IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) will be providing end-user and system maintenance support for multiple customers. The IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) must have a strong grasp of current desktop operating systems, an understanding of network infrastructure, and experience with servers and virtualization

IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Managed Services environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Provide support for Cloud solutions (Azure), on-premise server solutions, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with Server 2012 to 2022
  • Provide support for networks, servers, and VoIP technologies
  • Support end users remotely using ConnectWise Automate and other commercial tools
