Currently, we have an opening on our team for a Service Desk Tier II. The Service Desk Tier II will be monitoring servers, providing desktop support, administration of cloud technologies, administration and light configurations with networking, administration of virtualization technologies and will have opportunities to work along side the professional services team to gain more exposure to migrations/ projects.

The ideal Service Desk Tier II has a few years of experience working for an MSP and is looking to advance quickly.

IT Service Desk Tier II (MSP) Qualifications:

  • Server OS and associated technologies experience – (Server 2008 +, Exchange 2010+, PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of DNS and how it affects network and servers
  • 2+ years MSP experience REQUIRED
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup
  • Network administration and configuration (Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SonicWall, preferred.)
  • Switch installation, configuration and troubleshooting with VLAN configuration.
  • Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies VMware OR hyperV
  • Experience with Azure preferred
  • ConnectWise experience preferred
