The IT Service Field Technician (Ticket Crasher) MSP will provide client sites and spend time supporting the projects team. You must have the drive and eagerness to receive hands-on experience from senior engineers. You will be working handling patches, spin-up of servers, and supporting migrations in a team environment.

IT Service Field Technician (Ticket Crasher) MSP Duties: 

  • Experience troubleshooting and administering M365
  • Experience troubleshooting MacBooks, Chromebooks, and PCs
  • Analyzing remote monitoring reports to identify capacity and performance issues and remediate them
  • Experience working with Kaysea, VM, and ConnectWise is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly & be a team player
  • Assist the service desk team in design and development tasks
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment and ready to get hands-on experience

IT Service Field Technician (Ticket Crasher) MSP Salary & Benefits:
