IT Support Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Duties and Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 suite: E-mail, OneDrive, SharePoint.
- Windows 11, 10: Desktops and laptops.
- Diverse desktop applications including MS Office.
- Mail systems and clients: Outlook, Office 365, Gmail, MS Exchange.
- Remote access and VPN solutions.
- Windows servers: 2016, 2012, 2008.
- Installation and configuration of applications in a network environment.
- Backup systems such as StorageCraft, Datto, and other backup solution
- ***Must have 2+ years working for at a MSP company***
IT Support Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: $70k – $85k
- Full-Time/Hybrid WFH (2-3 days on-site)
