The IT Support Specialist will be working for a Managed Service Provider as a dedicated resource to a major Hotel in downtown Dallas. This is an opportunity to join a well established company that stays up to date with the latest technologies and provides a high level of customer service to their clients.
The IT Support Specialist will be working onsite at a Hotel and must have experience providing IT Support in the Hospitality Industry.
IT Support Specialist (Hotel Support) Requirements:
- Windows 10 and Windows 2016/2019 Sever OS Experience
- 1+ years supporting a hotel or hotels in the hospitality industry REQUIRED
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Experience troubleshooting/ administering O365
- Active directory & Group Policy management
- Experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
- Windows server administration
- ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (Labtech) experience a major plus
- Client side server and network support
- PMS (property management systems)
- POS (Point of sale)
- HSIA (High Speen Internet access)
- INTERFACE – This is how all of the apps communicate to the PMS
- Door Lock application(s)
- Credit Card devices – there are a number out there.
- A good working knowledge of WiFi.
