The IT Support Specialist will be working for a Managed Service Provider as a dedicated resource to a major Hotel in downtown Dallas. The IT Support Specialist will be working onsite at a Hotel and must have experience providing IT Support in the Hospitality Industry.

IT Support Specialist (Hotel Support) Requirements:

  • Windows 10 and Windows 2016/2019 Sever OS Experience
  • 1+ years supporting a hotel or hotels in the hospitality industry REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of IT experience
  • Experience troubleshooting/ administering O365
  • Active directory & Group Policy management
  • Experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
  • Windows server administration
  • ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (Labtech) experience a major plus
  • Client side server and network support
  • PMS (property management systems)
  • POS (Point of sale)
  • HSIA (High Speen Internet access)
  • INTERFACE – This is how all of the apps communicate to the PMS
  • Door Lock application(s)
  • Credit Card devices – there are a number out there.
  • A good working knowledge of WiFi.
