IT Support System Administrator (L1) MSP Duties:
- Support for Cloud, Servers, and Desktops, catering to both SMBs and Enterprise Clients
- Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare (Citrix & Hyper-V experience is a plus), Dell, HP, and VMware.
- Familiarity with working in Hybrid Azure environments is considered a bonus
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and ITGlue
- Proven ability to implement new solutions effectively
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems with both physical and virtual servers
- Familiarity with basic TCP/IP concepts and network components like switches, firewalls, security appliances, and WiFi
