IT Support Technician (ConnectWise)
The IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) will work on the service desk taking tier 1 tickets through ConnectWise with occasional project-work along side the senior engineer team. IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and configure core computer network components
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Respond to incoming technical support tickets from our clients using ConnectWise
- Work with the team to ensure tickets assigned are responded to in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate tickets.
- Document troubleshooting steps and help come up with improvement processes.
IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- 1+ years of MSP experience required***
- 1+ years working with active directory, administering o365, providing desktop support
- A+ certification preferred
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONNECTWISE AUTOMATE
