IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP

We are currently looking to add a IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP to our growing service team. The IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP will be joining an organization that gives back to their employees through ongoing training opportunities and various career growth paths.

IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP

  • Monitoring/ Troubleshooting client backup systems
  • Preparing Client workstations (builds and deployments)
  • Make recommendations to clients
  • Improve and maintain client network systems
  • Act as an escalation point on the service desk
  • Security Support

IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP

  • 5+ years experience in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
  • Experience working with ConnectWise highly preferred
  • Configuring firewalls and completing routing and switching for various types of network equipment.
  • VMWare
  • Window Server configurations, VM and clustering

IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP Benefits:
