IT System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP

This role promotes internal growth and the ability to grow into senior roles.

The IT System Administrator (Escalation Team) MSP will be resolving any escalated issue that might arise. You will be working closely with ConnectWise, O365 and Azure AD. In this role you will be able to configure firewall and switches. You will also work closely with the senior engineers who will train and mentor you.

IT System Administrator (Escalation Team) Duties & Experience:

  • Problem investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Master of Desktop Support and customer service
  • Knowledge of Servers: Active Directory, Group Policy, O365
  • Experience with networking equipment (SonicWall, Meraki, ASAs, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Resolving escalated issues that might arise in a timely manner
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
  • Administer and experience migrating on a team or autonomously, on-premise O365
  • Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems
  • Visit clients for unscheduled support items as needed.
