IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP
We are a long-standing IT Manager Service Provider who has been in business since 2003. We specialize in supporting small to medium size businesses across the DMV. We are seeking an IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP to join our team. We offer a hybrid work schedule, health plan, generous PTO, disability insurance, and educational reimbursements. The IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP must have the drive to want to learn and work in a fast pace environment. You will be working alongside clients and occasionally supporting project consultations. You will be working closely with QuickBooks, ConnectWise, SQL, and M365.
IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP Duties:
- Understanding of computer hardware and how to diagnose hardware problems including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Knowledge of networks and network troubleshooting. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPNs
- Experience with the ConnectWise suite of products (Manage, Automate, Control)
- Troubleshooting M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
- Understanding and experience with Administering Microsoft Azure Services
- Troubleshooting IT peripherals (monitors, printers, cameras, and anything else that plugs into either the wall or the computer)
IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $55k – $70k
