We are seeking two Level 2 Service Desk Engineers to join our growing team. Our company specializes in emerging and complex technologies, serving clients across various industries, including retail, restaurants, non-profits, and government.

IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support and answer support calls
  • Troubleshoot desktop and network issues
  • Install operating systems, software, and updates
  • Remove viruses and install antivirus software
  • Communicate issues to the engineering team
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers on troubleshooting tasks

IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT experience required
  • Managed Services experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012/2016/2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Cloud services, Microsoft Office 365, and Google environments is a plus
  • Strong time management and punctuality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to train end users
