You will be performing 30%-50% desktop support and 50% – 70% servers and systems (email, light virtualization, etc.) and will have the opportunity to volunteer or help out on networking support and projects/deployment. The IT System Support Technician (Escalation Point) – MSP have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles.

IT System Support Technician (Escalation Point) – MSP Do:

  • Support and experience working with Cloud products: (Office 365, OneDrive, Azure).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms.
  • Support of disaster recovery solutions. (Datto)
  • Configuring, Installing and Supporting routers, firewalls, switches & servers (VLAN, SonicWall)
  • Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V (creating new virtual machines, changing resource allocations, etc.)
  • Experience configuring VoIP systems.
