IT Systems Support Engineer (L1) MSP Duties & Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Products, Office 365, Windows-based Security, Exchange Server, Print Server Management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
- Utilize diagnostic techniques and relevant questions to perform remote troubleshooting
- Guide customers through the process of resolving their technical problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
