Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP

The Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP will be in a customer-facing role, helping drive the company’s operations efforts. The Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP will not only come with experience working in a Windows environment but also have the fundamental knowledge of Apple systems support. The Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP will understand and can work with Apple MDM deployments such as File Wave or JAMF. The Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Junior System Administrator (Ticket Crusher) – MSP Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including: Install, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Being the first point of defense and trying to resolve the issues before escalating the issue
- Some experience or knowledge on how to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points is a plus
- Configure and troubleshoot point-to-site VPN connections
- Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (i.e. internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors, etc.)
