Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP)
We are an established Managed Service Provider that provides tailored Cloud Services, Managed Services and Consulting to the Architecture and Civil Engineering industries in TX. We are a mid size MSP looking to add on a Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP). The Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP) will be a hybrid position of providing end user support through service calls and completing backend system administration.
The ideal Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP) is an individual who has 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider supporting multiple external business’s.
Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction is consistently delivered and maintained.
- Implementation of overall Technical Services, strategies, & objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely technology support and problem resolution to our clients.
- Support clients with technical support issues and know when to escalate the issue.
- Work closely with the project manager on the hand off of projects to the support team.
- Participate in weekly service/project meetings
Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP) Job Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- ConnectWise a major plus!!
- Level 1 IT support of Cloud, Servers, and Desktops for both SMBs and Enterprise Clients, providing high-touch customer service via walking colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical issues remotely or in-person (mostly remote).
- Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, (Citrix & Hyper-V welcome), Dell, HP, VMware, experience working within Hybrid Azure environments (bonus)
- Implementation of new solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers, both physical and virtual
- Basic TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, security appliances, WiFi, etc.
Junior Technical Support Representative (MSP) Benefits:
