Level 1 Support Engineer (MSP)

We are currently seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer (MSP) to join our team.

Level 1 Support Engineer (MSP) Duties:

  • Experience with administration of M365 and M365 product suite
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Group Policy and AD topologies
  • Provide end-user technical support, hardware installation, and infrastructure replacement at customer location
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise and IT Glue
  • Escalate technical issues to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as necessary
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity problems and possess a good understanding of networking services such as DNS and DHCP
  • Perform workstation imaging and handle virus/malware removal.

Level 1 Support Engineer (MSP) Salary / Benefits:
