Are you an experienced IT professional looking to grow in a collaborative, career-driven environment? Join a nationally recognized MSP ranked among the Top 250 IT Cloud Providers globally. Based in Yonkers and serving clients across Westchester, Manhattan, and the surrounding area, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service while helping our team members build rewarding long-term careers.

This is not a stagnant help desk job—we’re looking for a Level 2 Systems Administrator ready to work directly with clients, take ownership of advanced support and infrastructure tasks, and gradually lead hands-on projects. For the right candidate, this is a path to become a Consultative Network Engineer Tier II with structured internal training and clear growth opportunities in your first 12–18 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 60% Support / 40% Projects: Manage and maintain client networks, resolve escalated issues, and contribute to strategic IT projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced remote and onsite support for workstations, servers, and cloud-based applications.
  • System Maintenance: Handle system backups, recoveries, file maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Networking: Install and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, access points (SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Dell).
  • Project Work: Deploy new technologies, lead upgrades, and assist with infrastructure improvements.
  • Documentation & Communication: Keep detailed records of system configurations and client interactions. Communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in IT support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Tech Stack Familiarity: Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, ConnectWise, BrightGauge, NinjaOne RMM, and Axion Backup.
  • Network Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and modern firewall technologies.
  • Problem-Solver: You’re a self-starter who can confidently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communicator: Clear, confident communicator—able to translate tech into client-friendly language.
  • Certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Simple IRA with Company Match through our PEO partner
  • Paid Certifications & Career Growth Support
