Managed Service Provider – Service Engineer II

The Managed Service Provider – Service Engineer II will be able to work onsite with the others spent in our Boston office. The Managed Service Provider – Service Engineer II position will consist of workstation roll outs, server/network troubleshooting, system set up, and software installations. The Managed Service Provider – Service Engineer II will be responsible for providing consultation, oversight and integration support (Windows, VMware, O365) of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives directly to end-users over the phone or at customer sites.

Managed Service Provider – Service Engineer II Requirements:

  • 2+ years of MSP experience is REQUIRED
  • ConnectWise
  • Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
  • Experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between
