Mid-Level IT Support Technician Responsibilities:
- Experience and understanding of server, storage, networking, and backup administration
- Experience working with MS Windows and MAC OS (O365, Azure, VMWare)
- Comfortable working with Managed Switches, Routing, and VOIP systems
- Handle escalations/questions from the team, mentor junior techs, and lead training sessions
- Detailed understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & network concepts.
- Virtualization technologies including VMWare, Veeam Back Up, and Hyper-V
- MSP (Cloud or Managed Service Provider) experience is required for this role.
