The Mid-Level IT System Engineer (Escalations Team) MSP will be working closely with Azure Backups, M365, ConnectWise and firewalls such as Meraki, Cisco, and SonicWALL. You will be working independently on providing system and network support. You will also support senior engineers on projects and migrations. You must have extensive experience with installing, configurating, and maintaining hardware and software components.
Mid-Level IT System Engineer (Escalations Team) MSP Duties:
- Experience with working with Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure Backup, M65, SonicWALL, Meraki, or Cisco networking
- Knowledge and experience working with Hyper V, VMware server support
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, and firewall
- Extensive experience working with Windows OS and Windows Server 2008-2019
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Certifications a plus in the following Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other relevant
Mid-Level IT System Engineer (Escalations Team) MSP Salary & Benefits:
