The Mid-Level System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP will work heavily with MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The Mid-Level System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP will work with configuring and handling any upgrades needed clients networks. The Mid-Level System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP will have room to grow within the organization to more senior roles overtime.

Mid-Level System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP Duties & Requirements:

  • Orienting new end users in hardware, software, and network systems/services available
  • Experience providing remote support via telephone, or remote desktop technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory
  • Experience with setting up, configuring & troubleshooting PC & laptop hardware and peripherals
  • Experience troubleshooting printers and remote support
  • Basic troubleshooting experience in network connectivity: WAN and LAN
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with remote access solutions: VPN and Terminal Services
  • Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously when assigned by senior engineers
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate service tickets as needed

Mid-Level System Administrator (Hybrid) MSP Salary and Benefits:

  • $65k – $75k
