Mid-Level System Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP)
We are a reputable Cloud and Managed Service provider servicing various small, mid-size and some enterprise clients. We are a one stop shop for anything IT-related including business advisory, cloud-computing, networking, cybersecurity, helpdesk, workforce solutions, etc.
We currently have a need for a Mid-Level system Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP). The Mid-Level System Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP) will primarily work on projects and occasionally serve as an escalation point on the service desk.
The Mid-Level System Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP) should have a dynamic technical skill set with advanced knowledge of systems, networking, and cloud-based technology.
Mid-Level System Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design, consultation, migrations, relocations, administration, and troubleshooting for SMB clients
- Lead Projects such as designing networks autonomously
- Complete server management/deployments
- Complete Azure build outs and migrations
- Complete O365 migrations from Exchange
Mid-Level System Engineer/ Project Engineer (MSP) Experience:
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider is REQUIRED
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019 Servers
- High knowledge of Network planning and deploying
- Cloud-computing experience Azure, AWS, O365
- Virtualization experience via VMware or Hyper-V
